Working with higher beings can sometimes lead me to uncomfortable projects. This chakra alignment meditation was brought to me by Counsel during my meditation on my 56th birthday. I was told that I would channel this meditation and share it publicly. As with many of my channeling experiences, I will sometimes become overwhelmed with what I am feeling and will stumble on words. You will see that there is a break between the introduction/grounding and Root Chakra. That is because I had to stop the camera and start again. Also, at the end I called the Crown Chakra the I AM Chakra. That is incorrect. It is the I KNOW Chakra.
